Create email addresses

Be sure to take advantage of your FREE email addresses!

New email addresses can be created through the Practice Panda Member area.

NOTE: You must already have a domain associated with your Practice Panda account before you can create email accounts. If you don't have a domain connected to Practice Panda yet, please first get one setup by following the instructions here.

1. Log into your Practice Panda account at https://web.practicepanda.com

2. In the left menu, Expand "Features" and then click on "Email Addresses", or click "View Emails" under the Email Addresses card located on your Practice Panda dashboard.

3. Under the section "Create Email Address", please see the following available options for setting up your new email:

a.) Email Address Name: Enter what you want your email address username to be (this is what goes before the "@" symbol in an email domain)

b.) Domain selector: If you have more than one domain, click the drop-down to select the correct domain you want to setup the new email under.

c.) Type of Account: Select what type of account you want this email to be in the drop-down (Hosted or Forwarding-Only).

d.) Forward Email to: In this field, enter what email, if any, you want the email forwarded to.

NOTE: The Forward Email To field is optional for hosted email accounts. For Forward-Only addresses, this is a required field.

e.) Once you have verified that all of the information is correct, click the "Create Email" button to create your email address.

4. One you click "Create email" the system will display your new email login information at the top of the page. This includes your email address, your temporary password to login to webmail with, and the link to access webmail. You can access webmail at https://email.practicepanda.com

NOTE: If you don't see your email information displayed after you click "Create Email", this means our support team needs to setup the email manually. If this happens, you don't need to do anything further. Practice Panda support will message you separately with your new email login information.

Furthermore, if we have to setup your email account manually, your webmail login will be different. You can use the webmail button in your Email Accounts page to login normally, or use this link to access your webmail.

Again, this is only if we have to setup your account manually. Please disregard this Notice if the system already provided you with login information.

Accessing Webmail

Once you have your email account(s) setup, you can get into your email by navigating to https://email.practicepanda.com, and entering your email address and password.

TIP: We recommend bookmarking the email login URL in your web browser to easily access in the future.
