If your domain name is currently managed by Practice Panda, you may have the domain transferred out to a registrar of your choosing for a one-time fee of $59.00. If not, upon Practice Panda cancellation being finalized, all related domain email accounts will be disabled and deleted after one month.
If the domain isn't transferred to you, the domain will remain under the control of Practice Panda until it reaches its annual renewal date and the domain will not be renewed. At that point, the domain will default back to the pool of available domain names and can be reregistered.
IMPORTANT: You will not have access to any domain related email accounts once your cancellation is finalized.
When you cancel your subscription with Practice Panda, all of your services will be disabled, including your website, access to the Practice Panda Member Area, any email addresses you may have through us, and your file sharing service.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you have all of the information you need from any of these areas before you submit your request to cancel your services. After your service has been canceled for one month, your My Firm Files account is deleted in addition to any email account(s).
